Gates will open at 8 AM – Auction will start at 10 AM
Impound lot will be open to the public on Thursday November 16th, 2023 from 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM for previewing vehicles up for auction.
Cash only day of auction. All sales final. Buyers must take possession of vehicle within 72 hours after auction. Vehicles for auction are subject to change.
In accordance with NDCC 29-31.1-02, all identifiable/registered owners and lien holders have been notified. Owners may claim property before Friday, November 17th, 2023 at 3 PM by presenting proof of ownership, registration, insurance and paying all towing and storage charges at the Sheriff’s Office.
